* Victorian Days are designed as occasions to celebrate special events in island history. They give an added incentive for staff to dress in period costume and to say something positive about island life. One of 24/27 May could be dropped or combined. Additional materials will be available to visitors (eg Facsimiles of the newspaper of the day)

All Staff to be given the option to be on duty dressed in rural Guernsey Costume of circa 1900 on the following dates.

Easter Weekend - 11, 12, & 13 Apr

Museums week - 18 - 22 May

May Bank Holidays - 4, 9 & 25 May

Queen’s Birthday - 13 Jun

Week-ends in July and August and all Bank Holidays.
